We use your data exclusively to facilitate the filing process. Specifically:

• To Provide the Services: We display your stored Business and Identity Data in the "Guide" window to help you copy/paste or auto-fill this information into third-party government websites.
• Authentication: We use Clerk to verify your identity and ensure only you can access your business data.
• Progress Tracking: We store the status of your filings (e.g., "Done," "In Progress") to update your Dashboard.
• Service Improvement: To diagnose technical issues with our automation scripts or guides.

4. How Data is Shared

We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is shared only in the following contexts:

• Government Websites (Directly by You): Our Service is a "client-side" tool. When you use the "Fill" or "Auto-fill" features, data is transferred from your browser directly to the third-party government website (e.g., a Secretary of State portal). We do not transmit this data to government servers from our backend; the submission happens entirely on your device.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third parties to operate our infrastructure:
  • Clerk: For identity management and authentication.
  • AWS: For hosting the application and database.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We implement strong security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, to protect your data. Access to your account is protected by Clerk's authentication infrastructure.
