Our Privacy Promise
The extension operates entirely within your browser. We don't see your government portal credentials, we don't store any data visible on websites being automated, all data we use is given to us by you during onboarding, and we don't track your activity. The extension only runs when you explicitly activate it by requesting an automated form filing, and authenticates each session independently. The authentication does not allow other websites to use this extension, just us. Your privacy and security is not a feature — it's our foundation.

By using this extension, you authorize AENEA AI, Inc., the company behind NeoFormic, to act as your designated filing agent — assisting with form preparation and filling on government portals on your behalf.
You remain in control: NeoFormic is an assistance tool only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and submitting all forms. We assist with preparation — you verify and submit.

Security & Privacy
What data does the extension collect?
None. The extension doesn't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. All data processing happens locally in your browser. We only know that the extension is active during your session — nothing more.
Can the extension access my passwords?
No. The extension never interacts with password fields or authentication forms. It only fills forms fields that you explicitly instruct it to fill, using data you've already entered in the NeoFormic platform during onboarding.
How does authentication work?
Each filing session requires fresh authentication. You authenticate once at the start of your session, and the extension validates that you own the NeoFormic account. No persistent tokens, no stored credentials — just temporary, session-based verification.
What permissions does the extension need?
The extension needs permission to interact with government portal websites (like Secretary of State) to fill forms on your behalf. It only activates on these specific domains when you're actively using the NeoFormic filing guide in an active session
Is my business information secure?
Yes. Your business data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The extension uses secure communication channels to receive form-filling instructions, but never sends your sensitive data back to any server. Everything stays in your browser.
Can I use NeoFormic without the extension?
Yes but user experience is severely impacted! The extension is crucial for automation. If you really do not want the extension you have to copy and paste data manually from our guides. The extension simply automates the tedious parts — but you're always in control.
